An iconic moment is before you as you’ve reached the summit of Expedition Everest. The yeti doesn’t really want you to enter his kingdom, so he has stopped you in your tracks. This is the image you see just before you plunge backwards into the icy fog of the mountain.
You’ve noticed the rails are twisted.
You’ve Notice that there is bunting (strangely on top of a mountain)!!
Have you noticed the eagle?
Of all the times I’ve experienced this attraction, the eagle has only been there once. I’m not sure if there is different versions of the ride, but I know that I’ve heard the eagle screech more times than I have seen the actual bird. What has happened in this photograph is that the Everest Eagle sweeps into view as you are on top of the track.
Thanks to Craig Lucas for the photographs
